Bill.Com Adds Divvy to Back-Office Solutions

Fintech agency Invoice.com has agreed to purchase Divvy for about $2.five billion in a transfer to increase spend management and corporate cards to its back-workplace answers.

Invoice.com’s cloud application assists smaller and midsize businesses automate billing and invoicing, when Divvy brings together expense management application and wise corporate cards into a one platform. Considering that launching in February 2018, Divvy says it has signed up more than nine,000 clients.
