discoverIE Team PLC, a designer, maker and supplier of customised electronics to business, said it will market Vertec Scientific SA Proprietary Ltd to the management team and crucial staff members of the South African distribution small business.

Vertec, which is part of the Personalized Source division, is an importer and supplier of health-related devices and similar consumables in South Africa.

discoverIE will obtain an initial 25mln South African rand (£1.25mln) in funds, before transaction costs and completion changes, and a deferred thing to consider of 20mln rand payable in funds about the up coming three many years.
