The IIL Basis, the CSR wing of agrochemical corporation Insecticides (India), has tied up with Basis for Agriculture Sustainability and Transformation (Speedy) to offer extension suggestions more than a electronic system, which uses electronic avenues like WhatsApp and YouTube.
